I feel very at home in India, and I am charmed by the hustle and bustle, bright colours and warm faces.
Here are a few photos of my first trip in India, just because I am feeling a little nostalgic.
Can you keep a secret? I’ve already been looking at flights back to India, and I have only been back two weeks…. shhhhhh

Hi, I just found your blog and love the combination of things you talk about. I notice you mention Ayurveda a few times and am wondering if you have books on this subject to recommend. I want to learn more about it!

Hello Merc, thanks for your lovely comment! Yes, my blog is a bit here and there, as I have so many interests.
I am a big follower and believer in Ayurvedic medecine. What I would suggest if you’re getting started is to look at the Maharishi Ayurveda website they have great tips… there is another site that I discovered recently too which is called Dosha Guru. Have a look at this, then take the quiz. Then based on your reading, they will send you topical tips every week: https://doshaguru.com/blog/
Think carefully about the questions because then you will get an accurate reading.
To get ayurvedic herbs look on Ayurveda Bay. I have been taking Amrit Kalash for the past few months and my health has really improved. This is the pack I get, and of course you have to take it religiously, which is the principle of Ayurveda, it’s all about small steps but consistently. Here is the link of that herb, which I really swear by now: http://www.ayurvedabay.com/maharishi-ayurveda/maharishi-amrit-kalash-nectar-ambrosia-pills-combo-pack.html
As for books, I had some back in Australia but I’ll ask my Mum and Dad and get back to you because we are a family of India/Ayurveda lovers! Any questions drop me a line on olivia@oh-la-la-livia.com
