How Do You Do Your Cheese Platter?

Living in France, cheese does play a big role in everyday life. I go through phases where I love it and hate it. At the moment I’m going through a stage where I still am crazy about the stuff,  but not at night time. I like a bit of fruit with it to break it up, and I always make sure I have a soft goat’s cheese.

  1. Delicious! I love a good cheese platter with a glass of red more than anything else, especially because it always seems to involve being around your favourite people. I always include a really smelly blue vein cheese on mine, as well as brie and maybe cheddar or something else that looked and smelled good in the shop. I usually include grapes, olives and sometimes quince paste. If it’s winter I like to eat the cheese in front of an open fire, if it’s summer out on a grassy hill by the river :)
