I am crazy for smoothies. Whether it be matcha, chia seeds or hemp seeds, I always put some kind of superfood in my smoothies to feel the health benefits.
We are coming into Summer so I pulled out my blender and have been mixing!
This smoothie below was blueberry, raspberry, banana and chia seeds. I get my chia seeds from this Australian company.


This smoothie was banana, fresh mango and matcha. I cannot go a few days without a matcha hit.


To sweeten them I either put in organic honey or agave syrup. What is your favourite smoothie blend?

Lazy me just adds the seeds to my coffee though. Sounds weird, I know
